For the comfort of all guests, we ask that children are not present during your visit; however, The Collective understands that occasionally bringing your children is necessary in some cases as well as in the event that your child has an appointment with us. In this case, for their safety, please make sure that children are supervised at all times and that they are seated in the designated areas.
We understand that emergencies arise and sometimes cancelling an appointment is unavoidable, but we ask that all clients please notify us 24 hours in advance when you need to cancel your appointment. We’ll do our best to get you rescheduled as quickly as possible. After the second cancellation, payment will be required to hold your future appointment.
