CHILDREN

For the comfort of all guests, we ask that children are not present during your visit; however, The Collective understands that occasionally bringing your children is necessary in some cases as well as in the event that your child has an appointment with us. In this case, for their safety, please make sure that children are supervised at all times and that they are seated in the designated areas.

CANCELLATIONS

We understand that emergencies arise and sometimes canceling an appointment is unavoidable. We request that all clients notify us at least 48 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule an appointment. On the second cancellation within 48 hours, payment will be required to hold a future appointment. All guests who have not opted out will receive an email and/or text message reminder 3 to 4 days before your scheduled appointment.
